1. Acceptance of Terms
Installing, accessing or using iiiCOM means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. About iiiCOM
iiiCOM is a real-time Push-to-Talk application with room-based voice communication, presence, private-room access, service notifications and selected emergency features where available.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
Paid iOS memberships can be offered as Apple In-App Purchase auto-renewable subscriptions. Price, term, renewal and available options are displayed before purchase. Membership features can include private rooms, room invitations, removing invited users and controlling access to those rooms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to App Store rules, and iiiCOM does not store Apple payment-card details.
4. Promotional Membership Codes
iiiCOM can issue temporary promotional codes for campaigns, demonstrations, exhibitions or trials. These can be limited by duration, user, event or other conditions and are separate from paid App Store subscriptions.
5. Private Rooms and User Access
Private rooms are controlled by the member or authorized manager responsible for them. Access can depend on active membership, room availability, invitation state, technical constraints and restrictions imposed because of misuse.
6. Acceptable Use and User Safety
Users must use iiiCOM lawfully and responsibly. Illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, sexually explicit, violent or misleading use is prohibited. Users must not interfere with the service, access unauthorized rooms or accounts, impersonate others, or misuse SOS, emergency, location or company functions. Reports can lead to muting, restrictions, suspension or termination.
7. SOS and Emergency Features
Where enabled, SOS and emergency functions can use User ID, room and location information to notify authorized recipients. iiiCOM is not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire, civil defense, medical or other official emergency services. Alert delivery can depend on connectivity, permissions, device state, battery settings, server availability and third-party notification systems.
8. Voice Communication and Room-Based Use
Push-to-Talk voice is exchanged between authorized users in selected rooms or channels. iiiCOM is not intended as a random anonymous one-to-one chat service. Users remain responsible for what they transmit. Public/shared-room users can be muted or restricted; private-room owners or authorized managers can control access.
9. Privacy
Use of iiiCOM is also governed by the Privacy Policy available inside this website.
10. Device Permissions
Features may require microphone, location, notifications, network access and background communication permissions. If required permissions are disabled, some functions may not work correctly.
11. Service Availability
Service may be affected by internet/network conditions, device limitations, operating-system restrictions, maintenance, third-party service availability, notification delays, force-closing the app or disabled permissions.
12. Updates and Changes
The app and these Terms may change over time for performance, security, compatibility or feature reasons. Continued use after applicable updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Intellectual Property
iiiCOM software, interface, design, features, logos, branding and related materials are protected intellectual property. Use rights are limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive; unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, resale or distribution is prohibited except where law allows it.
14. Apple App Store Terms
Users who download iiiCOM from the Apple App Store are also subject to applicable Apple terms. Paid iOS memberships are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
15. Disclaimer
iiiCOM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Communication, location, notifications and emergency functions can be delayed or interrupted by technical or network conditions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, iiiCOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses connected with use of the service, including data loss, communication loss, delayed alerts or network/device failures.
17. Restriction, Suspension or Termination
Access may be muted, restricted, suspended or terminated for violations, expired memberships, abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, illegal or inappropriate communications, legal/security requirements or removal from a private room by its authorized manager.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, platform or regulatory requirements.
