1. Who We Are
iiiCOM is an internet-based Push-to-Talk communication service supporting Global, Local, Private and Company rooms. Privacy questions can be sent to support@iiicom.online.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features used, iiiCOM may process account and profile information such as User ID, public code, display name, account status, membership status and company membership. Purchase verification can include product identifiers, subscription status, expiry dates or store verification data; full payment-card details are not stored by iiiCOM.

5. Sharing of Information
iiiCOM states that personal information is not sold. Limited information may be shared with infrastructure/service providers, Apple or Google for purchase verification, a company administrator for company-managed features, legal authorities when lawfully required, or when necessary to protect users and the service.
6. Data Storage and Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or alteration. Data can be hosted on secure servers and cloud infrastructure. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
