- Location data may be used when you enable location-based features, such as Local rooms, SOS, emergency alerts, or company safety features.

- The app transmits live voice communication when you use Push-to-Talk features.
- In some company or enterprise environments, voice recording or archiving features such as VDR – Voice Data Recorder may be enabled by the company administrator where legally permitted.
- If recording, monitoring, or archiving is enabled, it is intended for operational, safety, support, compliance, or legally authorized purposes.
Payment and Subscription Information
- Purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Google Play.
- We may receive purchase tokens, product identifiers, subscription status, expiry dates, and related verification data from Google Play in order to activate or verify your membership.
- We do not store your full payment card details.

- Provide Push-to-Talk communication services.

- Manage memberships, subscriptions, vouchers, and company access.
- Enable Local rooms, Private rooms, Company rooms, SOS, emergency alerts, and safety features.

4. Company and Enterprise Use
If you use iiiCOM through a company, organization, or enterprise account, your company administrator may have access to certain information related to your company account, company rooms, presence status, room activity, SOS alerts, emergency alerts, and features enabled for that company.
Company administrators are responsible for using these features in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, employee notices, and required permissions.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary:
- With service providers that help us operate the app, hosting, storage, analytics, security, or communication infrastructure.
- With Google Play for purchase and subscription verification.
- With your company administrator when you use company-managed features.
